At PressBuy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or customized products
• Perishable goods
• Digital products or downloadable software
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@pressbuy.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@pressbuy.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address
3. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging
4. Ship the package to the provided return address
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if returning items due to a change of mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

UK Consumer Rights

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
