Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Royal Mail Standard (FREE on orders £50+)

Delivery: 3-5 business days

Cost: £4.99 (Free on orders £50 or more)

DPD Express

Delivery: 1-2 business days

Cost: £9.99

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if this occurs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Australia

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
  • Tracking may be limited in some countries

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@pressbuy.com
  2. Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the carrier directly.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, such as:

  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Delivery to wrong address
  • Significant shipping delays

Please contact us at support@pressbuy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
